How do I connect to a 7 Days to Die server using Telnet?

Connecting to a 7 Days to Die server via Telnet enables advanced server management. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you through the process.

  1. Access your Oxygenserv account :
    • Log on to our Dashboard (or your supplier’s solution)
    • Select the desired server.
  2. Retrieve information from the server :
    • Note the server IP (displayed in the global view) and the Telnet port configured for the server (retrieved from the settings tab).
    • From the settings tab, set the Telnet password.
  3. Configuring PuTTY :
    • Open PuTTY and enter the IP and Telnet port.
    • Select “RAW” as the connection type.
    • Click on “Open”.
  4. Connection and authentication :
    • Enter the admin password you set up earlier in the new window.
    • Use the “help” command to see the commands available.
