The protection of personal data is of paramount importance to OXYGENSERV, which wishes to explain clearly and transparently how and why it collects, processes, stores and uses users' personal data.
2. What information does OXYGENSERV collect from its Users?
In order to enable Users to contact the Company via the Site, OXYGENSERV, acting as data controller, must collect nominative data relating to Users, in particular the following personal data
If the User applies for a job offer, a Curriculum Vitae and a covering letter may be requested. The User is informed that if he/she does not wish to provide the personal data requested, he/she will not be able to be contacted by OXYGENSERV or benefit from the services on the Site.

Right of rectification: the right to ask OXYGENSERV to modify or update personal data when they are inaccurate or incomplete;
Right to erasure: the right to request OXYGENSERV to permanently delete personal data;
Right of limitation: the right to ask OXYGENSERV to temporarily stop processing all or part of the personal data;
Right to object : o the right to refuse the processing of personal data at any time; o the right to refuse the processing of personal data for marketing purposes.
Right to withdraw consent: the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time, by means of a simple procedure equivalent to that used to obtain the User's consent;
Right to data portability: the right to request a copy of personal data in electronic format and the right to request the transmission of this personal data for use by a third party service;
Right to give post-mortem directives: the User may give OXYGENSERV directives relating to the conservation, deletion and communication of his/her personal data after his/her death. In the absence of such directives, OXYGENSERV will comply with the requests of the heirs as set out in article 40-1, III of the French Data Protection Act.
6. How can the User exercise his/her rights?

In order for OXYGENSERV to process the request as quickly as possible, the User may indicate in the request its purpose and the context in which its personal data was collected by OXYGENSERV. The User must also provide a copy of both sides of his/her identity card.
7. How does OXYGENSERV secure Users' personal data?
OXYGENSERV shall ensure the security of Users' personal data by implementing appropriate technical and organisational measures in order to guarantee a level of security appropriate to the risk, such as pseudonymisation and encryption of Users' personal data, any means of guaranteeing the confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of processing systems and services, any means to restore availability and access to Users' personal data, as well as a procedure to regularly test, analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of the technical and organisational measures implemented.
8. What are the retention periods for Users' personal data?
Users' personal data is kept only for the time necessary to achieve the purpose for which OXYGENSERV holds this data, to meet the needs of the Users or to fulfil its legal obligations.

11. What cookies/trackers are used by OXYGENSERV on the Site and how can I object to them?
Cookies" are small data files, usually consisting of letters and numbers, that are sent from the Site's server to the cookie file of the browser on the visitor's computer hard drive. This allows the Site to recognize a visitor's devices once a connection is established between the server and the browser. The main purpose of a cookie is to enable OXYGENSERV's server to adapt the content of Internet pages to the personal preferences of visitors, in order to personalise their visit to the Site.

12. What are the audience measurement data used by OXYGENSERV?
It should also be noted that OXYGENSERV may measure the Site's audience. To this end, special cookies, called audience measurement cookies/trackers, are used. These trackers are used for the following purposes:
The data will not be used for any other purpose and the information will not be passed on to third parties.
The User will not be identified through audience measurement tracking systems. The only information that the Site will collect is the IP address, which will be limited to the User's city. Once the geolocation is carried out, the IP address will be either anonymised or deleted. In accordance with the regulations in force, the audience measurement tracers are kept for a period of less than 13 months. The information collected by these tracers will be kept for a period of less than twenty-five months.
Due to their purpose, these tracers do not require the consent of the User. Nevertheless, Users may exercise their right to object. This right of opposition will only be valid for audience measurement tracers.
